Lunch: Seattle Beanery - Chicken Salad w/ Lettuce & Tomato on Wheat (It said 1/2 a sandwich, but it was really a normal size sandwich for me)

Dinner: La Scala - Salad w/ Lite Italian, 2 Slices Bread, Chicken Tuscan Chicken
Dessert: Slice Vanilla Bean Cheesecake w/ Chocolate Syrup Drizzled all over
Water: 4 Waters, Hot Tea w/ Orange & Spices + Vitamin

My Thoughts:
Eric got a slice of turtle cheesecake & a piece of Tiramisu for us to eat this evening after dinner so I'm sure I will be eating a little of each of those. :) It's my birthday though. I don't feel guilty at all. It's going to be a long evening again b/c after dinner we are heading to the hospital to see K again and take her a few things.
So we didn't eat the dessert Eric picked up yesterday for my birthday. I ate ENTIRELY too much at dinner. It was so darn gooooood though! It did hit my later and made me realize I should NOT have eaten that much, but it seemed like the thing to do at the time.
