Dinner: Ham, Little Bit of Scalloped Potatoes, Green Beans, Corn, Cauliflower Salad
Snack: Piece of Angel Food Cake, Strawberries, 3 Bites of Brownie
Snack: Some Cool Ranch Doritos
Water: 3 Waters, + Vitamin

My Thoughts:
Gained 1/2 pound this week, but I'm ok with that. 140 is my final weight for the GWO weigh in w/ a total of 10.5 pounds lost for GWO Competition. (Only 5 pounds off my goal) I've still lost 12 pounds over all and I'm thrilled with that.
