My Thoughts:
Ran out of time to get to the gym b/c Eric had a promo tonight and had to leave shortly after 8. Did get a walk in though. I think I'm going to have to do what I can this week and start back fresh come Sunday.

Maybe think about healthier food choices when you are eating on the run too. Especially when you aren't exercising.
