Food:
Breakfast: Slice Wheat Toast w/ Peanut Butter
Snack: none
Lunch: McD's - 2 Hamburgers & Medium Fry
Snack: none
Dinner: 2 Slices Turkey Bacon on 1 Slice Wheat Toast w/ Little Lite Mayo
Snack: none

Water: 3 Waters, 1 Milk + Vitamin

Exercise:

Planned: Walk Doggies
Actual: Walk Doggies, Walk around Dog Park & Work in Yard

My Thoughts:
Finally hit my 140 goal. One month later than I anticipated, but I hit it so that's all that matters. Can get into an old pair of khakis that I really love. Tried on my jeans and can get them buttoned, but still need to lose a few to feel comfy in them.

Horrible lunch I know. No excuse! Spent most of the day outside otherwise.
