Lunch: Salad w/ Southwestern Chick Strips, Cheese & FF Ranch
Snack: 1/4 Cup Almonds (Lightly Salted)
Dinner: Subway - 6" Chicken Breast on Wheat w/ American Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Black Olives, Jalapenos
Snack: Few Slices of Colby Cheese
Water: 3.5 Waters, 2 Hot Green Teas, + Vitamin

My Thoughts:
Back on full throttle today. Really feeling saggy in my drawers and I love it! I love the roominess when it means I'm losing weight!
Didn't get lunges in, but did do a hamstring machine. Ended up being a clutz and fell over the glute machine and hurt wrist. I just landed on it wrong. It's not broken or sprained.
