Food:
Breakfast: Plain Bagel w/ CC
Snack: none
Lunch: Salad w/ Grilled Chicken, Cheese & FF Ranch, Cottage Cheese & Banana
Snack: 1/4 Cup Almonds
Dinner: Catfish Fillet, Salad w/ Ranch Dressing
Snack: none

Water: 3 Waters, 2 Hot Green Teas, 1 Milk + Vitamin

Exercise:

Planned: Upper & Walk Doggies or 30 Min. Cardio at Gym
Actual: Upper

My Thoughts:
Not sure what we'll get in tonight. My grandparents are back from FL now and are coming up to visit us. We are going to go out for dinner. Still hope to get to the gym to do upper & cardio, if we don't get a walk in with the doggies.

Didn't get cardio in b/c it was too late by the time we got back to walk the doggies or do cardio at the gym. It was 9:00 already when we got done at the gym. Upper workout was pretty good except I didn't do triceps b/c they are very sore already, I assume from the resistance Godiva gives me when I walk her...
