My Thoughts:
Mom is coming up tonight for dinner and I have to pack for my trip to OH tomorrow so probably won't get any exercise in. :( Hopefully I can at least maintain til Sunday. Although I know I've gained 1/2 pound back so far. Probably w/ all this darn eating out! Ugh! Will be back on track with exercise & eating at home in the evenings either Sunday night or for sure Monday.
