I've blown it today
Food:
Breakfast: 3 Slices Turkey Bacon
Snack: String Cheese
Lunch: McD's - Hamburger & Few French Fries
Snack: none
Dinner: PK - Small Sausage, Pepperoni, Mushroom Pizza
Snack: 2 Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies
Water: 3 Waters, 1 Milk + Vitamin
Exercise:
Planned: Upper & Cardio
Actual: 1 1/2 Hours Softball Practice
My Thoughts:
Supposed to have softball practice today so that will be our cardio assuming we still have it and we do get some cardio in.
Blew eating today, but ran my ass off at softball practice. We were both too exhausted to go to the gym. It was such a good feeling though!
