Dinner: Homemade Taco Salad
Snack: RF Klondike Bar
Water: 3 Waters, 1 Milk + Vitamin

My Thoughts:
I am so sore today!!! My back, shoulders, arms! Ugh! The only sort of exercise we are getting today is a walk (I hope).
Did weigh in this morning and weighed 139.5. That's a total of 1.5 pounds lost for the first week. Not bad if I just stay away from the bad things.
