Week 2, Day 1
Food:
Breakfast: 3 Slices Turkey Bacon
Snack: Cottage Cheese
Lunch: BFL - Chicken & Rice Casserole, Salad w/ FF French
Snack: String Cheese & 1 Serving Popcorn
Dinner: Moe's - Chicken & Rice Burrito w/ the fixins, Chips w/ a few dipped in cheese
Snack: none
Water: 3.5 Waters, 1/2 Hot Green Tea, 1 Milk + Vitamin
Exercise:
Planned: Lower & Walk Doggies or 20 Min. Cardio
Actual: Lower
My Thoughts:
Today is the first day of Week 2. It won't be long now until I'm out of my size 12s. Technically I should be already, but some of my 10s are still a bit snug, so I'm in the in-between stage. My 12s are hanging off me, but I don't want to feel yucky in tight 10s. Still a little sore from softball on Saturday. It's amazing what a little practice will do for you. Everything upper is sore. It's no wonder I was in such good shape when I was younger.
Had a pretty good lower workout at the gym. Things seemed harder to do, but I think it's b/c my muscles are still sore from softball practice. I got through everything though. Should be interesting doing upper since they were the sorest. Didn't do cardio. No excuses, just didn't. Bad! Want it to get warm again though so we can walk the doggies. Doing that makes me dread doing cardio at the gym.
