Lunch: BFL - Chicken & Rice Casserole, Salad w/ FF Ranch
Snack: none
Dinner: Olive Garden - Chicken Vin Bianco (Chicken in white wine sauce w/ noodles, mushrooms, onions), Small Salad & 1 Breadstick
Snack: Mint Chip Custard
Water: 3 Waters, 1 Hot Green Berry Tea, 1 Milk + Vitamin

Planned: Upper & Walk Doggies or Cardio

My Thoughts:
Yea, I'm starting off well, eh? It's one of those days...
My sister is going to the gym w/ us tonight so maybe I'll get some motivation from here. hee hee I did a pretty good upper body workout. Really pushed myself to do the most weight I could.
