Week 2, Day 3

Food:
Breakfast: Bowl of Cereal w/ Milk
Snack: Banana & String Cheese
Lunch: BFL - Chicken & Rice Casserole (Yes, I'm getting burnt out)
Snack: 1/4 Cup Almonds
Dinner: Chicken & Cheese Tortollini in Marinara
Snack: 10 Rootbeer Jelly Bellies (10 x 2 Cals. Each = 20 cals.)

Water: 3 Waters, + Vitamin

Exercise:

Planned: Lower & Walk Doggies
Actual: Walk Doggies

My Thoughts:
We are really going to walk the doggies tonight. Have to! Godiva is being such a terror!

Almost ate a tootsie roll pop... Even twisted the wrapper, but then re-twisted and put it back in my drawer...
