Food:
Breakfast: 2 Slices Turkey Bacon, Banana
Snack: 1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
Lunch: DPs - Few Chips & Salsa, Fire Beans & Tortillas, Chicken Strips & Little Rice
Snack: none
Dinner: Healthier Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Snack: none
Water: 3.5 Waters + Vitamin
Exercise:
Planned: Cardio of some sort
Actual: Shopping & Running Errands...
My Thoughts:So I thought I was back in the game a few days ago, but apparently not. I for sure back now. I'm not pleased w/ my weight, but I guess should be a little happy that I didn't gain any more than that. Ugh! I've felt horrible eating the way I have the past week, but just continued. Why? Ugh! We are going to the gym and grocery shopping today and are getting good foods for the rest of the week. Also will be taking vacation Friday-next Monday, but will be able to eat good during it.
