Food:
Breakfast: 2 Slices Wheat Toast w/ Peanut Butter
Snack: Banana & String Cheese
Lunch: Chicken Salad on Wheat Bun, Salad w/ Little Cheese, Sunflower Seeds & FF Ranch
Snack: 1/4 Cup Almond/Cashew Mix
Dinner: Teriyaki Chicken, Corn, Salad w/ Little Cheese, Sunflower Seeds & FF Ranch
Snack: none
Water: 3.5 Waters, 1 Milk + Vitamin
Exercise:
Planned: Upper & Cardio/Walk Doggies
Actual: Upper & Walk Doggies
My Thoughts:
I'm feeling pretty good about my eating at the moment. I finished my 2 waters during work and have to fill up from the drinking fountain now. Yucky. O'well, I suppose water is water. It's funny how some days its all I can do to finish 2 waters at work; other days I drink like 3 or more especially if I have tea.
