Food:
Breakfast: 3 Slices Turkey Bacon
Snack: String Cheese
Lunch: Salad w/ Chicken Strips, Cheese, FF Ranch, 1/4 Cup Nuts, Few Grapes
Snack: none
Dinner: Turkey Sandwich w/ Little Lite Mayo, Salad w/ FF Ranch & Grape Tomatoes, 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
Snack: none
Water: 3 Waters, 1 Milk + Vitamin

Planned: Softball Game
Actual: Softball Game
My Thoughts:
I lied, we are not talking about what I ate over my vacation, b/c my mind decided it was a vacation and I ate just about whatever I wanted. I did get quite a bit of exercise in though I will say. (3 rounds of putt-putt & lots of walking including hiking w/ stairs & hills) All this being said that must have saved me b/c when I weighed in this morning I weighed 139.5 I thought for sure I'd gain at least a little. I'm happy w/ that though. I'm in total lose weight mode now. I think I needed a little time off. I felt gross all weekend after eating and started having some stomach problems again. But I'm back on track now.
Had a good softball game. Played catcher, which I was NOT happy about at first, but I am a new player and they can't just screw an old member, so it was ok. At least I was getting a good butt workout. Although I'm sure my legs will look like I've been beaten tomorrow as I bruise easily enough. Ugh!
