Food:
Breakfast: 1 Slice Wheat Toast w/ Peanut Butter
Snack: String Cheese & Banana
Lunch: Salad w/ Chicken Strips, Cheese, Sunflower Seeds, Grape Tomatoes, FF Ranch
Snack: 1/4 Cup Almonds & Cashews
Dinner: 6" Chicken Breast on Wheat w/ Lettuce, Tomato, Black Olives, Jalapenos
Snack: none
Water: 3 Waters, 1 Milk + Vitamin
Exercise:
Planned: Upper & Cardio
Actual: Cardio
My Thoughts:
Can't decide whether to do lower or upper tonight at the gym. I really got a nice lower workout in from the game yesterday, but I think I'll wait to see how I feel towards the afternoon. Will probably do upper though.
Decided to do upper tonight, probably the best choice. I hope to add some cardio in as well, even if it's 10-20 minutes. Gotta get back in that routine. If we don't do it at the gym, I'd like to do my stepper at home before bed.
Decided not to go to gym b/c we had other stuff we needed to get done around the house and I walked around the neighborhood for around 1 hour w/ a neighbor. Don't feel too bad about it though. Will get back to gym tomorrow for sure.
