Snack: String Cheese & Strawberries
Lunch: Lean Hamburger on Wheat, Salad w/ Cheese, Grape Tomatoes, & FF Ranch
Snack: 1/4 Cup Almonds & Cashews
Dinner: Moe's - Chicken & Rice Burrito w/ Lettuce, Little Sour, Little Guac, Few Chips & Cheese Dip
Snack: none
Water: 3.5 Waters, + Vitamin

Actual: Cardio
My Thoughts:
PMS hit me hard tonight. I was a real grouch and just wanted to go to bed. Ugh!
