Week 5, Day 7
Food:
Breakfast: 1 Cup Raisin Bran w/ Milk
Snack: none
Lunch: Salad w/ Sunflower Seeds, Cheese, FF Ranch
Snack: none
Dinner: Baked Chicken Ziti, 1 Sml. Slice French Loaf
Snack: 1 Scoop Vanilla Custard w/ Hot Fudge
Water: 3 Waters, + Vitamin
Exercise:
Planned: Cardio
Actual: Walked Dogs
My Thoughts:
Too the dogs to a park about 15 minutes away and walked on some trails. Ended up walking back through the creek. They had a blast and it was good exercise. Unfortunately walking 3 dogs is not the best combination so we only spent about 30 minutes out there. It was still a good time though. Plan on walking about this evening if it doesn't rain.
Weigh In: 138.5
I did gain back .5 pound, but I'm ok with that. At least I broke the 139 that I was hovering around. Plus, I didn't do much exercise during the week despite eating good. Darn PMS! Forgot to measure this morning, so I will try to do it tonight or tomorrow when I get up. I'm setting the tape measure out though!
