Lunch: Crunchy Taco Supreme, 1/2 Chili Cheese Burrito
Snack: 1 Wheat Carmel Rice Cake
Dinner: Baked Chicken Ziti, Salad w/ Sunflower Seeds, Cheese, FF Ranch
Snack: none
Water: 3 Waters, + Vitamin

Planned: Lower & Cardio
Actual: Lower & Walk w/ Doggies
My Thoughts:
Getting ready to head to the gym to do lower. Glad to get back in that routine. Hope to play tennis this afternoon/evening assuming the rain holds out for us.
Had a really good workout on lower. Really pushed myself on weights and it felt good.
Couldn't play tennis b/c I am a klutz and tripped over this thing at the gym and hurt my ankle. I can walk on it, but didn't think I needed all the bouncing around and stuff w/ playing tennis, so we ended up taking the dogs on a walk.
