Food:
Breakfast: 1 Piece Wheat Toast w/ RF Peanut Butter
Snack: Cottage Cheese & 1/2 Banana
Lunch: Teriyaki Chicken & 1/2 Cup Mashed Potato Casserole
Snack: 1/4 Cup Cashews/Almonds
Dinner: 2 Hamburgers, Few French Fries
Snack: none
Water: 3.5 Waters, + Vitamin

My Thoughts:
Only getting a walk in this evening b/c we bought a storage shed that is being delivered this evening so we are putting that together and moving stuff from the garage to the shed and eventually cleaning out the storage shed we pay for.
Spent 4 hours assembling our new shed. Barely even went into the house. Finished at a little after nine then ran to Wal*Mart for some locks. Probably got some kind of exercise while doing all that.
