Food:
Breakfast: Grande Non-Fat Hot Chocolate
Snack: Plain Bagel w/ Lite CC
Lunch: Chicken Salad on Wheat Bun, Salad w/ Sunflower Seeds & FF Ranch
Snack: String Cheese & Banana
Dinner: Taco Salad - 3 Taco Shells, Seasoned Lean Beef, Lettuce, Cheese, Salsa
Snack: None
Water: 5.5 Waters, + Vitamin
Exercise:
Planned: None - Possibly picking up sticks if it quits raining
Actual: Stretching
My Thoughts:
Planned on getting a bagel for breakfast this morning, but someone woke up late and didn't have time to get bagels, so I'll starve until my morning snack I suppose. They also ran out of green tea yesterday and I'm not sure if they've got any in yet or if they even will before they close again. Ugh!
They ended up bringing bagels in at my mid-morning snack, so who was I to decline? They are definitely out of green tea bags though for a while, which I told them I'm not very happy about. Hopefully others voice their opinions, too and they order it soon. I suppose I can bring my own in, but it's just not the same. hee hee
