Week 10, Day 3

Food:
Breakfast: Plain (Possibly Potato) Bagel w/ Lite CC
Snack: None
Lunch: Chicken Pasta Primavera
Snack: String Cheese & Banana
Dinner: BW*3s - 4 Naked Wings w/ Honey BBQ Sauce
Snack: None

Water: 5 Waters, 1 Rootbeer, 1 Hot Green Tea + Vitamin

Exercise:

Planned: Lower & Cardio
Actual: 35 Min. on Bike

My Thoughts:
Finally a day at the gym. I'm actually looking forward to it.

Missed my morning snack b/c I was surfing the web. It really sucks ya in sometimes. :D

Decided to only do cardio this evening at the gym. Just not in the mood to lift weights. At least I'm doing something though. I could very easily sit on the couch all evening.
