Food:
Breakfast: 2 Pieces Wheat Toast w/ RF Peanut Butter, Grande Non-Fat Mocha
Snack: Little Cottage Cheese & Strawberries
Lunch: Salad w/ Grilled Southwest Chicken, Cheese, Sunflower Seeds, FF Ranch
Snack: 2 Reese's Cups...
Dinner: 2 Slices Turkey on Wheat Bun
Snack: none
Water: 1 Waters, 1 Milk + Vitamin
Exercise:
Planned: Upper & Cardio
Actual: Definitely Cardio
My Thoughts:
Didn't have a great day yesterday. Today will be better. HAD to get coffee this morning. I have a terrible medicine head from taking allergy meds last night. My day did not start off well.
Walked around neighborhood w/ neighbor for about an hour. Then decided to moved more stuff out storage instead of going to the gym. Defininately got some exercise out of it though.
