Week 8, Day 1

Food:
Breakfast: 1 Slice Wheat Toast w/ Peanut Butter
Snack: String Cheese & Am*ish Strawberries
Lunch: Chicken Salad on 2 Slices Wheat Bread, Watermelon
Snack: none
Dinner: Wendy's Spicy Chicken w/ Tomato & Mayo
Snack: Few Bites of Chocolate Custard w/ M&Ms, Few Pieces of Popcorn

Water: 5 Waters, 1 Hot Tea + Vitamin

Exercise:

Planned: None - Concert
Actual: Concert - 3 Hours of Dancing

My Thoughts:
Proud that I met my goal of losing 2 lbs this week. I knew I could do it. Disappointed that I didn't finish the weekend off well, but I knew going in that it was really busy. Won't be hitting the gym tonight or tomorrow night. I will be starting the total body (2/WK) & Cardio (6/WK) on Wednesday this week. My goal this week is 1 pound only b/c I'm not starting the week very well. Realistically I could pretty easily get another 2 pounds, but I don't want to get to far ahead of myself!

We stopped an bought some Am*ish Strawberries on Friday and they are so good! I can't wait til people start picking their gardens and start selling them on the side of the road and at the fa*rmer's market. Yum! I said I was going to stop last year every time we drove by and didn't. I vow to get lost of fresh veggies this year!

I didn't do great yesterday evening, but it could have been MUCH worse! I thought I wasn't getting any exercise, but I got 3 hours of dancing in. That should could for something right? ABSOLUTELY!
