Week 8, Day 2

Food:
Breakfast: Grande Non-Fat Mocha
Snack: Am*ish Strawberries & String Cheese
Lunch: Grilled Chicken Salad w/ LF Ranch
Snack: none
Dinner: Chicken Salad on 1 Slice Wheat Bread
Snack: none

Water: 6.5 Waters, + Vitamin

Exercise:

Planned: Maybe 20 minutes of something
Actual: None unless Training w/ Godiva and BDing counts

My Thoughts:
Having lunch w/ my old boss today, but I told her we had to go somewhere that I can eat something healthy. I'm so freaking exhausted from the concert last night! Coffee was not an option this morning, but a necessity! Bought a blueberry muffin, too, but haven't eaten it yet.

I did pull out a pair of capris that I bought on our honeymoon and am wearing them today! Yay! I'm back to very close to the size I was for our wedding. At least w/in a few pounds. Kick ass!

Going grocery shopping right after work and then we have Godiva's school soon after, so we can't go to the gym (even if we weren't exhausted). It will be everything we do to get a BD in before we crash!

Very proud of myself for lunch today. We went to this italian place where I could have easily ordered pasta, pizza, calzone, etc., etc. and I ordered a salad and water. Then my sister offered to get me DQ and I happily passed. I gotta hit my 1 pound goal this week if not more.
