Week 8, Day 4

Food:
Breakfast: 1 Slice Wheat Toast w/ RF Peanut Butter
Snack: none
Lunch: LBC - Southwest Chicken Wrap, Few Pepper Fries
Snack: String Cheese & Watermelon
Dinner: Subway 6" Chicken Breast on Wheat w/ Lettuce, Tomato, Black Olives, Sweet Peppers
Snack: none

Water: 3 Waters, 2 Hot Green Teas, 1.5 Rootbeer + Vitamin

Exercise:

Planned: Softball Game
Actual: Softball Game

My Thoughts:
Feeling my workout from yesterday today. Feels pretty good though. Have a softball game tonight and I hope I'm catching again. Lunch is out w/ Eric today and I told him we had to get something healthy. Not sure what that will be. Also have to run errands before our game tonight, so will probably grab something out for dinner again, too. Next week we will be back on the eating at home regime. We have had something going on every single night this week so far and it won't stop til Sunday night. Ugh! It's exhausting, too.

Good Job yesterday. Have fun at your game tonight and try to be good for dinner. Don't forget the extra cardio tonight. That O-day has to be getting close!
