Week 8, Day 5

Food:
Breakfast: Plain Bagel w/ Lite CC
Snack: String Cheese & Banana
Lunch: Chicken Salad on Wheat Bun, Watermelon
Snack: none
Dinner: Bean Burrito, Rice, Chips & Salsa w/ Little Cheese Dip
Snack: none

Water: 2 Waters, 2 Hot Green Teas, + Vitamin

Exercise:

Planned: 20 Min. Cardio
Actual: None

My Thoughts:
My morning didn't go very well. Thought I had lunch for today, but realized I had ate it the other day, so I had to whip up some chicken salad really quick. Also had to put the clean dishes in the dishwasher up and put the dirty ones into the dishwasher b/c we are having company this evening. Plus, I had a whole sink full of dirty dishes and a coupld were getting a little ripe. Thus I didn't have time to make anything quick for breakfast, so I just grabbed a bagel at work. Luckily I brought my lite cream cheese in yesterday, so I saved a few cals.

Will be so glad for next week to roll around. We are absolutely exhausted from all the running we've done all week and I'm sick of eating out! Tonight I plan on just getting a salad from somewhere. I know tomorrow's dinner will not be great, so I plan on eating super light for lunch tomorrow.

Grandparents stayed later than expected (which was fine), but it was too late to hit the gym. Didn't get as many waters in today either. Although I spent 2 on my desk this afternoon, so I attempted... :)
