Dinner: Baked Cod, Steamed Potatoes, Green Beans

WEIGH-IN: 136.5
I did measurements last night and they make me feel pretty good, too. I've lost 8.25 inches since January all over. That's not too shabby. I've lost 2 inches in both my hips and thighs so that's some definite progress and 2.25 in my waist (at my belly button). Those were definitely my problem areas, so it feels good to see progress there especially!
Found out last night my great aunt and uncle are in town for a few days and they will be coming up to our house tonight, so it doesn't look like I'll get to hit the gym. I'm going to try to do something at home whether its the stepper or just some stretching.
Need to get groceries bad! Brought a kiwi for my morning snack, but it was not good, so I threw it away. Didn't have anything else to go along w/ my sandwich at lunch.
Dinner out wasn't too bad. I tried choosing the best entree and good sides. I think I did pretty well. I got a small salad, too, but the LF Ranch was disgusting, so after 2 bites I pushed it to the side. I did take a couple of bites of Eric's coleslaw, too. Unfortunately I didn't get to do any stretching or anything b/c we stopped at the grocery store after dinner (thank god) and then I made a fresh salad when I got home before we hit the bedroom.
