Food:
Breakfast: 1/2 Wheat Bagel w/ Lite CC
Snack: String Cheese & Banana
Lunch: Chicken Salad on Wheat Bun, Salad w/ Sunflower Seeds, LF Ranch
Snack: 1/4 Cup Cashews/Almonds
Dinner: Taco Salad - 2 Shells Broken, Beef w/ Seasoning, Lettuce, Cheese, Litte Lite Sour Cream
Snack: None
Water: 3.5 Waters, 1 Hot Tea, + Vitamin
Exercise:
Planned: Softball Game or Lower & Cardio
Actual: Softball Game
My Thoughts:
It rained early this morning and is supposed to rain most of the day and night, so we'll most likely be going to the gym instead of playing a softball game, which is fine with me.
Ended up having a softball game last night, but it was good overall. I got walked every single time, but that did mean I got to run the bases a few times. I also caught a pop fly and picked up a bunt and got a girl out at first. Show them how capable I am of playing... hee hee
