Breakfast: 3 Slices Turkey Bacon
Snack: String Cheese & Banana
Lunch: Chicken Salad on Wheat Bun, Salad w/ Cheese, Sunflower Seeds & FF Ranch
Snack: None
Dinner: DPs - Chips, Salsa, Little Cheese Dip, Fire Beans, 2 Tortillas, Chicken Strips, & Little Rice
Snack:
Water: 5.5 Waters, 1 Milk, + Vitamin

My Thoughts:
Not a bad day. Have to go to the mall tonight b/c my bracelet broke, so not sure what we'll do about dinner now. Hopefully it won't take long and we can still have dinner at home. Also need to make a quick trip to the grocery store. Would like to take dogs on a walk this evening, too, but that will depend more on the weather.
Also realized that I must have done something at the game last night b/c my legs and butt are sore today. That feels good.
It took about 45 minutes to get our food at DPs. It was a really bad night of eating. I was starving so that's why I ended up eating cheese dip, too. We also had to go to the grocery store, so didn't make it to the gym. I'm starting to go downhill. Gotta kick it back up.
