Week 1, Day 4

Food:
Breakfast: Grande Non-Fat Hot Chocolate
Snack: String Cheese & Banana
Lunch: Southwest Chicken Wrap, Few Pepper Fries, 1-1/2 Pickle Spear, Peach
Snack: None
Dinner: McD's - Hamburger
Snack: 2-1/2 Moz. Sticks, Few Tortilla Chips

Water: 4 Waters, 1 Hot Green Tea + Vitamin

Exercise:

Planned: Softball Game OR Upper & Cardio
Actual: Softball Game

My Thoughts:
Yes, my day is starting off well. :D

I'm dreading our softball game tonight b/c it starts at 8-freaking-30! But I actually had more fun on Tuesday, so in a way I'm looking forward to it. It's supposed to storm all day though. It hasn't started yet, but it looks like it could let loose any time... If it happens to get cancelled and it's before 7:00 we will definitely go to the gym.
