My Thoughts:
I dread my weigh-in tomorrow b/c I've been eating like shit and not exercising. Maybe it will be a wake-up call. I gotta get back on track. Ugh! I know we are eating lunch at Moe's tomorrow and having a sundae bar at my get together tomorrow night. Hopefully I can eat decent tomorrow other than those and get back on track Monday. I'm feeling fat and yucky again.
