Food:
Breakfast: Plain Bagel w/ Lite CC
Snack: String & Pineapple
Lunch: 3/4 Chicken Pasta Primavera, Watermelon
Snack: 1 Serving Popcorn
Dinner: Applebee's - 2/3 Teriyaki Steak Rice Bowl, Few Smashed Potatoes
Snack: none
Water: 4.5 Waters, 1 Hot Reg. Tea + Vitamin

My Thoughts:
I think I just had the worst weekend I've had in the last 6 months. I'm not sure what the deal is, but I feel like shit now and I should! Ugh! I have GOT to get my butt back into gear. This is ridiculous!
Decision - I know this week I won't be getting much exercise in. We have a game tonight assuming it doesn't rain and tomorrow we are getting a new mattress delivered, so I intend to get some use out of it tomorrow since I will be leaving Thursday afternoon and won't be home until Sunday. ;) I hope to take the dogs on a walk Wednesday night if it's not raining.
My vow is to eat the best I can the rest of this week. Starting Monday, July 11, I'm back to the gym full time for GWO Competition #3 even if I'm doing it alone. My weight and eating got way out of control lately and I just can't handle that. I've felt like shit and it's going to stop. My first official weigh-in will be Monday, but I plan on taking measurements on Sunday and doing them religiously every 4 weeks. I know I can get back in the swing of things and I will.
