My Thoughts:
I had a goal today to weigh-in at 135. I was 2 pounds off b/c I blew off the last week. I forgot about my goal. I know I will be eating more than I should this weekend at our quarterly GWO, but I'm going to try to do my best. Monday will start a new competition for me and I plan on getting back into regular gym visits and eating good. I really am proud of how far I've come so far. It's been slow, but I have lost 15 pounds and that makes me happy. I'm not to where I want to be completely, but I'm to a level that I feel better about myself both inside and outside. I feel better about getting pregnant at this weight, too. Not that I was huge before, but I know losing weight is good before you get pregnant. Right now I'm content I guess is what I'm tyring to say. :D
