Week 3, Day 4

Food:
Breakfast: Grande Non-Fat Hot Chocolate
Snack: String Cheese & Watermelon
Lunch: BW*3's - Chicken Tender (Med. Sauce) Salad w/ Ranch Dressing
Snack: 1 Serving Popcorn
Dinner:
Snack:

Water: 2 Waters, 1 Hot Green Tea, 1 Rootbeer + Vitamin

Planned: Lower & Cardio (Walk Dogs)

My Thoughts:
Feeling so-so today. Slept a little better last night. Really want to go to the gym tonight, but gotta find some major motivation. I did step on the scale again this morning and it said 135.5, so I need to eat a salad at BW*3's today. hee hee Also got some fresh sweet corn from our neighbor so that is on the menu for tonight's dinner. Possibly spaghetti and some chicken, too. Someone brought over this chicken spaghetti casserole at my grandma's last week and it was WONDERFUL. It wasn't made it tomato sauce. I really want the recipe! (Danialle can you get it from Beth?) PLEASE! Or if any of you readers have a good (easy) chicken spaghetti recipe, please send it my way!

The weather is so wonderful here right now. I just want to open all of our windows and relax. I'm taking a vacation day tomorrow to get some stuff done around the house. I'd like to get some irises replanted, weed my landscape and rake the mulch, clean the fridge & microwave, dust and sweep the entire house, clean the bathrooms thoroughly, mop kitchen and bathrooms. Damn, I've got a lot to do this weekend!
