Lunch: SB Penne & Chicken in Roasted Red Pepper Sauce w/ Broccoli

Dinner: Moe's - Chicken & Rice Burrito w/ Lettuce Cheese, Sour Cream & Guac; Chips & Cheese Dip
Snack: None
Water: 4 Waters, 1 Hot Green Tea, + Vitamin

I'm attempting this diet blog again. I've only been gone a little over a week and I did manage to lose a little, but I'm not quite sure how. I really do want to get back to the gym on a regular basis. I'm starting to feel a little more energy, too. I know we need to eat home more. We ate out every single day last week! Ugh!
Didn't end up going to the gym or eating like I planned.
