Dinner: Steak & Cheese Sub w/ Mushrooms, Hot Peppers & Mayo

Water: 3 Waters, 1 Hot Green Tea

My Thoughts:
Starting tomorrow we are getting up at 5 am and hitting the gym. I hope to get some cardio in tonight and start weights in the morning.
