Food:
Breakfast: 3 Slices Turkey Bacon
Snack: String Cheese & 2 Grapes (Mold) YUCK!
Lunch: Chicken Salad on 2 Slices Wheat Bread, Salad w/ Cheese, Sunflower Seeds, FF Ranch
Snack: Banana
Dinner: 1/4 General Tso's Chicken, Fried Rice
Snack: None
Water: 3 Waters, 1 Hot Green Tea, 1/2 Diet Coke + Vitamin

My Thoughts:
Weigh-In: 136
Didn't lose any last week. I'm setting a goal to lose 1 pound this week. Hopefully I can stick to it. I didn't do terrible over the weekend, but I didn't do great either. We only went to the gym twice last week (lower/upper/cardio both) and had our softball game.
This week I'm planning for the following
Monday - Lower & Cardio
Tuesday - Softball Game
Wednesday - Upper & Cardio
Thursday - Lower & Cardio
Friday - None
Saturday or Sunday - Upper & Cardio, plus hopefully an additional cardio on the day we don't work out
Changed up our night a bit. Went to gym right after work, then hit Chinese and the grocery store. Planned on taking the doggies on a walk, but ended up not.
