Breakfast: SB Cinnamon Raisin Protein Bar
Snack: String Cheese & Organic Carmel Corn Rice Cake
Lunch: Chicken Salad on Wheat Bun, Apple
Snack: None
Dinner: Subway - 6" Chicken Breast on Wheat w/ Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Black Olives & Few BBQ Chips
Snack: None
Water: 3.5 Waters, 1 Hot Green Tea, + Vitamin

My Thoughts:
I did my mid-week check-in and it was back to 137, so I've managed to gain a pound so far this week. That only means I have to buckle down and lose 2 pounds by Sunday's weigh-in. Tonight's dinner is planned and consists of: Tortellini w/ Marinara, 2 Chicken Tenders, Brussel Sprouts. I am only eating a little bit of the tortellini, too.
Oh, I went to Starbuck's this morning b/c I forgot my mug at work last night and got a Green Tea instead of Hot Chocolate!
Started having a backache in the afternoon. Thought maybe I was getting a kidney infection or something. Decided to stay home instead of going to the gym. Did want to go to gym though.
Not sure why I added the chips to my dinner.
