Food:
Breakfast: 3 Slices Turkey Bacon & Banana
Snack: String Cheese & Organic Carmel Corn Rice Cake
Lunch: Bean Burrito, Rice, Chips, Salsa, Cheese Dip
Snack: Apple & 1 Miniature Hershey's Bar
Dinner: BW3*s - Buffalo Chicken Ranch Wrap (sauce and ranch on side), few tortilla chips w/ pico
Snack: None
Water: 3.5 Waters, 1 Rootbeer, 1 Hot Green Tea, + Vitamin
Exercise:
Planned: Softball Game OR Upper & Cardio
Actual: Softball Game
My Thoughts:
Supposed to have a softball game, but it's pretty stormy here, so not sure if we'll have one or not.
This week has been pretty much horrible. I have minimal motivation and will power. I hope it will come back to me soon!
I got a great workout in at the softball game. I played catcher the whole game and ran the bases twice. Woohoo!
