Friday 9/9

Food:
Breakfast: 1 Fudge Pop Tart
Snack: String Cheese
Lunch: General Tso's Chicken, Fried Rice, Hot & Sour Soup
Snack: None
Dinner: KFC - 3 Chicken Strips, Mashed Potatoes, Cole Slaw
Snack: 1 Reese's Cup

Water: 2.5 Waters, 1 Hot Green Tea, + Vitamin

Exercise:

Planned: None
Actual: 1 Hour Bicycle Ride

My Thoughts:
Finally got to ride my bicycle. We rode for what seemed like forever and I was beat when we got home. I don't know the distance we rode, but know it was about an hour long. Mostly riding on the trail system.
