My Thoughts:
Weigh-In: 133.5
Wow! That's the lowest I've been in a LONG time. I think it's mostly b/c I was sick over the weekend and didn't eat much, but I'll take it. Now I just need to maintain that while trying to lose a little more. I'll get there, slowly but surely.
I pick up my new bike this evening so I'll probably be taking a bike ride tonight. Tomorrow we start getting up in the mornings and hitting the gym.
Didn't take the bike ride like I intended.
