Snack: Celery w/ RF Peanut Butter
Late Lunch: Chicken Salad in 1/2 Wheat Pita Pocket, Salad w/ FF Ranch & Cheese
Snack: Apple
Dinner: 4 Slices Pepperoni & Mushroom Pizza, Few Fried Cheese balls and Fried Zucchini
Snack: None
Water: 5 Waters, 1 Hot Green Tea

My Thoughts:
I'm going to attempt to get back into going to the gym and eating better again. I have taken about a month off and while I have maintained for the most part, I feel pounds creeping back up and am just feeling yucky about myself again. I hope to update this as much as possible and get back into a nice routine to continue on with. Tomorrow we start back to the gym.
Goal for this week: Eliminate all pop
