Lunch: Few Chips & Salsa w/ Bit of Sour Cream, Beef Stew, 2 Slices White Bread

Dinner: 2 Slices Pepperoni Pizza, 3 Breadsticks w/ Little Cheese
Snack: 2 Thin Mints
Water: 3 Waters, 1 Hot Green Tea

My Thoughts:
Ok week so far. Haven't eaten the best, but definitely getting better. I know Saturday will be bad eating, but it's planned so I suppose that is sorta ok.
Mid-Week Weigh-In: 137 - Down 1 pound
Goal for this week: Eliminate all pop
