Week 2

Weigh-In: 142 (HOW?!)

Monday: Good. Ate out for dinner (DPs), but not a huge deal. No gym.

Tuesday: Good. Made dinner (Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Brussel Sprouts) even though I didn't want to. Yay for me.

Wednesday: Grande Non-Fat Mocha. Tacos for dinner.

Thursday: Out for dinner () instead of our usual lunch date.

Friday: GWO - OH

Saturday: GWO - OH

Sunday: GWO - OH

Water: Drank water & green tea w/ the exception of 1 Non-Fat Mocha

Exercise: None

Goals for this week:
*Eat good at lunch on Thursday.
*Exercise 30 min 4 days (even if at home). (Nope, see below)
*Conscious decisions in OH - Friday-Sunday
*Pick-up class schedule at gym to figure out what class to join. (Nope, see below)

My Thoughts/Week Summary:
This week will be better. This week will be better. This week will be better.

Decided on no gym this week. Working on an important thing for my christmas next weekend (21st). Scouring through home videos now. Don't feel horrible about it though. Still eating good.

Feel good about eating this week so far. No gym, but decided early on and feel ok about the decision since we have been quite busy and I'll be gone all weekend. That's my main goal for next week.

Did not do so great in OH...
