My Thoughts/Week Summary:
My week isn't starting off great b/c I have a seriously sore foot which has put a damper on cardio. I'm going to do pilates for cardio this week and do what I can on the weight lifting.
Not doing great this week so far. I haven't been able to hit the gym b/c of my foot, although we are going tonight (Thurs) come hell or high water! I gotta work this fat off. I don't think I will handle it well if I gain even a 1/2 pound more.
Not such a great week. Between my sore foot and my gramps being in the hospital, it made for a rough week. Go to foot doc on Monday, so hopefully I'll know what's wrong. Also went grocery shopping today so I'll be set for a good week 6.
