Monday
B: SB Peanut Butter Cereal Bar

L: Citrus Garlic Chicken, Penne w/ Spinach Sauce, Vanilla Pudding
S: Applesauce
D: Chips & Little Cheese, Bean Burrito w/ Little Lite Sour Cream, Rice

Exercise: 20 Min Stepper

Thoughts: So-so day. Got exercise in although we ended up eating out for dinner.

Tuesday
B: Cup Hot Chocolate (Home)
S: 2/3 Grande Non-Fat Mocha
L: Olive*Garden - Chicken, Steam Veggies, Bowtie Pasta in a Lemon Butter Sauce; Salad & 1 Breadstick
D: Few Slices of Colby Cheese

Exercise: None

Thoughts: Going to Indy today, so will be eating out for lunch. Having dinner at home though. Everything in me was exhausted when we got home. No dinner, no exercise, nothing. Just rest on the couch.

Wednesday
B: Plain Bagel w/ Lite CC
S: Banana
L: Minestrone soup, Applesauce or Vanilla Pudding
S: None
D: Pizza w/ Pepperoni, 2 1/2 Breadsticks w/ Cheese

Exercise: None

Thoughts: Today is a new day. I did a sneak peak at the scale and it said 141. I'm sure it's b/c I didn't eat much yesterday, but if I can just keep it off til Sunday...

Thursday
B: Plain Bagel w/ Lite CC
S: None
L: Turkey, Penne w/ Spinach Sauce, Applesauce
S: None
D: Chicken & Rice Burrito w/ Lettuce, Cheese, Sour Cream; Chips & Cheese Dip

Exercise: None

Thoughts: Not doing so good on exercise or eating, but my mind is elsewhere right now. Doing the best I can at the moment.

Friday

My Thoughts/Week Summary:
Stayed at the same weight as last week. Probably b/c I didn't get enough exercise in. Need to maintain eating on the weekend.
