I didn't get around to journaling the weekend. It wasn't horrible, just not the best. Saturday I ate one snack (pretzels) and one meal (Friday's). Sunday I made sausage gravy for breakfast and we had turkey sandwich and chips and dip for lunch/dinner. We packed on Sunday and did some cleaning. Not much of anything else though.
Decided to commit to working in iron yoga every other day this week starting tonight. I don't want to start the gym and then quit for a week while moving, so at least with yoga I can do it at home and it should be a huge stress reliever as well.
Went out with my boss to lunch and made a horrible menu decision. Paying for it all afternoon... Ugh!! Ate the almonds to try to absorb some of the grease and settle my stomach...
