9/10 - Back to the Drawing Board

So I'm going back to when I lost a bunch of weight and getting back on track. I did so well... ummm.... a few years ago and definitely want to get back to a reasonable weight and just feel overall good about myself and my weight. So, along with Kitten, I'm going to jump on the diet journal wagon again and see where it takes me. Hopefully for a nice, long, healthy ride... Hang on cause there will be bumps along the way...

Food:
Breakfast: Granola Bar
Snack: 1 Hershey Kiss, Few Raisins
Lunch: Qdoba - Vegetarian Nachos
Snack: Few Raisins
Dinner: 3 Slices of Margarita Pizza
Snack: None

Water: 2

Exercise:

Planned: Iron Yoga or Walk
Actual: 2 Hours of Packing (Squat, Lifts, Bends, etc) plus, 20 each Abs (front, left right), 20 lunges

Comments:

The Plan is to eat healthier foods and focus on my proportions. Most importantly I need to find the time daily to do some sort of exercise, whether it's yoga, gym or doing things around the house/neighborhood.

Did great on dinner. Wasn't very hungry when I got home from work so we got to packing. Eric ordered delivery and I had no idea or I would have ordered something a little better for me. I normally eat the whole 6 pieces worth of a small pizza, plus breadsticks. I had 3 slices and no breadsticks. Go me!! Also, got some lunges and abs in before bed.

Not too bad of day for starting after lunch!
