These bad dinners are now trickling into bad lunches. I guess I'm sorta burnt out on dieting, too. Don't know if I'll make it to the 12 weeks, at least with any more progress. I do know that once the weather gets nice we will be doing thing outside a LOT including walking!

Week 8 - Day 55 & 56

Food: We won't even go there. Needless to say I had a Free Weekend

Water: Little on the low side, but only had 2 DCF Cokes

Exercise:

Actually got some exercise in this weekend. Worked out in the yard on Saturday and my butt and thighs are sore this morning. I also axed down this bush in my landscaping, which was very fun I might add. So I got some upper body in, too. I gotta get Eric a new ax, b/c his was very dull, but it was a good workout. I love being out in the yard! Today we are painting, so that has to be some upper body exercise.

Comments:

Hope to get back on the bandwagon Monday. I am back up to 138.5 as of Saturday, so I'm still about 6 pounds from where I was, but not as low as I'd like. I know that I'll do MUCH better once the weather warms up b/c I'm always outside doing something. Even if its looking for something to do. The weather is awesome this weekend and we'll probably take the dogs on a walk this evening if all goes well with painting.
